I need help! I am 34, have 2 children (9/12-so old enough for me to have been in shape!), I am getting married in July and would like to lose a minimum of 50 lbs. What is the best way to do it? I am very broad through my back and shoulders and would like to work on that area so that I can wear a cute sleeveless dress. I am busty (40DD) and also would like to work on the side area of my breasts, my back fat, upper arms, inner thighs and of course abdomen. Just need advice on where to begin. I quit smoking recently...so between weight gain and smoking as well as lack of exercise...get worn out easily! :(

wrong forum....
I would focus on your nutrition...check the nutrition forum for good suggestions on proper calorie intake, protein/carb/ratios, water intake, suggested foods, etc...
I would do 5 days of cardio for 30-45 minutes of moderate to intense cardio...I would also do 3 days of resistance training of total body workouts with big exercises(squats, deadlifts, pull ups, rows, dips, bench press, etc)....
also do a search at the bottom on topics you have questions...many of these issues have been discussed quite a bit....
