I am 22 and have been body building off and on since I was 16. My prob once and awhile is staying on the right nutrition track, I know, I know, 30% training - 70% self disapline. My question is that what can I do to encourage myself to keep on the band wagon when jumping off looks like a little to much fun?
Think about it, it's YOUR body, YOUR life and YOUR goals. Nobody can do it for you, but with a little bit of self discipline you'll get very fast the body you always dreamt about.

I guess looking in the mirror and having a desire to change the way you look would be enough inspiration, wouldn't you say? Anyway, the road to a better body is never easy and there are no shortcuts.
