Good day all, a few years ago, tore some ligaments in the wrist - and unwisely tried to keep training. Well I guess you know what happened. During and after recovery I let myself go. Finally I've decided it is time to get back in the game. My initial goal is to get back where I was within three months. Then the sky is the limit. I feel priviledged to join this group and share info., struggles and triumphs. Looking forward to the chat.
