Hey guys, it's me again. After a 100 lbs total lost and a years break, I return to the grind with sad news. I've managed to break 200 lbs again and get my BF% above 23% :(

After losing all that weight, I got comfortable and forgot what was important. Skipping meals, skipping cardio and barley lifting. I am turning into a fat guy again.

So, this is just a quick post to promise myself and the people here, who helped me so much before, that I will start over again before I spiral out of control. I’m giving myself one week from today to formulate a plan and rearrange my schedule to accommodate my lifestyle change. I want to invite everyone to e-mail me, call me out, poke fun and otherwise call me flake if I don't do as I say.

I'll be posting my routine by Thursday the 22nd along with diet goals.

Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If your muscle wont allow you to do the last few reps, make your mind and heart do it. Your muscles will thank them later.
