I started your program on Monday. The first exercise called for Wide-Grip Chins ~ to front. All I have to work with is bar bells and dumb bells and a bench. I have no way to do this. Does anyone have an alternative to do? I really want to work those muscles but don't have the equipment.

You can do bent over rows, deadlifts, and dumb bell rows for your back
