I workout at least 5-6 days a week and my back has somewhat stalled in it's growth. I'm not looking for back width, but instead I'm looking for back thickness. What exercises can I use to really stimulate my back muscles?
Ok what are you doing for back? Are they the same exercises each time? Try different ones to shock it into growth. Use bent rows and deadlifts. Also chins work well to increase growth and thickness.
Are you on the mass program? that should have plenty of bent over barbell rows... I like bent over (any) rows because that seems to help my back but most people seem to favor bent over barbell rows.. just remember to vary a little.. if one is working for you don't just stick with that one week after week after week....
Yep rowing exercises is number one in building a big back. Use different handles and change the position of your hands and you'll have a great huge back in no time. Good luck.
