just thought i would pop in to say hi just started a program {trying to work out a good diet with all the good info on here} i have had an ankle fusion which knocks out tread mill running jumping jacks n all sorts but can manage to walk the dog for an hour a day can you reccommend any other good fat burning exercise which i may be able to do with my limited position

First off, what happened to your ankle at such a young age? Second, try elliptical machines and stationary bicycles (both standard and recumbent). The most important part is your diet. If all you can do is walk, then for God's sake walk. Walk-walk-walk-and walk some more. Just get out there and do something!! Best of luck to you! I know first hand how an injury can stifle your progress but ACTION is the key! Take care and good luck!!!!!

cheers lawnguy lol good answer do an hours walk with dog a day {up and down hill} and walk to and from work 15 mins each way serious uphill climb on way back thats about as much as i can do leg aches like buggery!!! fell off a ladder which resulted in 23 screws and a plate in my ankle

hey bud iam 39 and weigh 320lbs 6ft tall and iam going in between november and janurary for a ankle fusion does the pain go away after the fusion and how much mobility to you still have and do you walk with a limp can you walk on a treadmill and do you think i will still be able to play softball and hockey
