The past couple weeks have been really hard. Finding the motivation to go the the gym has been difficult on account of my boyfriend breaking up with me after 4 years of an off and on again relationship.
On again off again relationships suck! He hasn't done anything horrible except that our life styles are different and my presence makes him feel guilty about the life he chooses. I don't know...maybe, it's just bull... maybe, he said it just to soften the blow. I don't know.
On the upside I bumped into a guy I dated briefly over a year ago who also dumped me, pre workout days. He asked me out again ...said he never knew why we stoped dating etc. Anyway, I said sorry but no. The great part is that his friends (he has really cute friends) were making a fuss over how hot they thought I was and called him an idiot for dumping me in the first place. I felt so satisfied and that alone should be enough for motivation but it isn't.
Hopefully Dec 1st when Mutt's challenge starts...I'll have my act togher.

Taurie, it's probably the best thing that happenned. Roller coaster rides aren't healthy for a relationship. All have ups and downs, but there should be no offs.
Just keep doing your thing, work out hard, and you will be alright. There are lots of partners out there.

Hi Taurie, what really helps me when I'm sad and down is to grap my baskets and go out for long run (or walks!).
Or try something new; a boxing class, spinning, Body Pump etc Something that will get you physical tired and make you think of something completely different.
It really helps and all you have to do is to follow the teacher....... (o;
