When I do my workouts, latly on 2 lifts I use bands. I have a yellow one, red one, and blue one. I use them mainly on bench, squats, miltaries, up right rows somtiems leg presses.
However I Have noticed, especially on squats, the bands actually make it easier, I feel them working cause the next day I actually sore a lil bit. Could this be due to the fact tha bands, although adding restistance, are "controlling" the weights better? Any one who uses them see this phemonon?(sp)

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean Andrew. It does feel like they bands add stability, but I defianetely think that they make it much harder. I feel worked after a workout with bands.

I would reccomend adding some chains too, because I don't think they would help the stability as much, and give you some variation.

When I said adding chains, I meant adding them into your workout, not with the bands on there too lol sry.

They do add some stability. That is why you shouldn't use bands all of the time. Powerlifters drop the bands at least 3 weeks out of competition. They teach you how to accelerate through your "sticking" point because if you accelerate too slowly then they will pull you right back down. Great immediate feedback.
