LOL HEDAREC!!!!
FOZ1988...Ah, a fellow baseball player. Played all my life and still competed in powerlifting, so weightlifting is not out of the question. I wouldn't necessarily suggest powerlifting in the off season because of possible small injuries that won't help you stay loose. The key is staying flexible and stretching continuously. Are you a pitcher? If so, I can give you some great exercises to strenghten your throwing arm to gain better velocity. Lemme know your position and concerns.
-------------- May the lift be with you.

Steroids...NO I"M JOKING MAN...I'll SEND AND INSTANT MESSAGE WITH SOME GOOD FOODS and some info on strengthening your knees and throwing arm. One of the most important parts of being a catcher is popping up and gunning it down to second as fast as you can.
