On a 8 week maas build training schedule each week how much weight should I be increasing to? Right now i am increasing each week by roughly 5 pounds is this enough or too much?:(:cool::cool::cool:
you should increase the weight whenever you feel that your current weight is too light. I never do it on a weekly or bi weekly basis bc some muscles take a while to become stronger while others do not. You should judge it by feel and not by time.
ok thats great. I haven't noticed any problems increasing it by 5 pounds a week but will only increase it if I feel it gets too easy or decrease it if it feels too hard thanks again
