I know this subject should be clear by now, but I want to be sure. I weigh 180lb. Right now PWO I dump a little better than a half cup simple carbs(half dextrose/half maltodextrin mix)into the blender along w/ 50, 60 gr of a good hydrolyzed/isolate whey & a liter-plus of water, drink half this mix immediately & sip the rest for 45 min. OR, should I be dumping ONLY the carb-mix into the water, drink all of that down first, THEN throw the protein in w/ more water, drink half THAT down, then sip the rest of the protein(only) for 45 min.

Your goal is to gain according to your profile, so I would use 45 gr. each along with 45 gr. of protein, mix all together, chug 1/2, then sip the rest.
