Nice article! Was wondering how many calories were in your sample day and how many were in the MRPs. Also how much protein. Seems like alot of food but maybe my frame of reference is off. Diet is the last hurdle I need to get over. So I'm hungry (get it) for info. Thanks

All calories are not created equal.100 calories in a twinkie is sure not comparable to 100 calories in a baked sweet potato. The types of calories at the proper times are more important. This does not mean any amount of calories will do, just for info. Don't get too hung up on numbers as much as types. I am not sure what the sample I put up there is. I believe right at about 2400. Most MRP's are in the area of 280 calories. 40 protein, 22 carb or close. Your bodyweight in protein is essential if you are training hard. In the end,it depends on your goals as to the AMOUNTS of food you eat.
