To burn more fat, I'm going to take the board's advice and do cardio & weights on an empty stomach, but "load up" on BCAA's beforehand. So my 2 questions are this:

-What are quality BCAA's, and where would I acquire them?
-How much does "load up" mean? Above the recommended serving?

Thanks.

How much fat do you have to burn? If you have a good amount now, I would not do cardio on an empty stomach, and save the BCAA's for when your bodyfat gets lower.

Not a ton of fat on my body. Rough estimate, I'd say 14% body fat.

Is that considered too high?

At 14% you can still get by without BCAA's. Just do not do it on an empty stomach. Have a protein shake with some glutamine beforehand at least. Then after training, wait to eat about 45 min. and let Glucagon do its job. Then have a meal consisting of lean proteins, fats(EFA's), and fiber(fibrous veggies will work well here) or you could have flax meal and protein shake if you need a "quick" meal. This will in no way interupt any lypoloysis you may have established from your workout.
