Ok, I know I have read countless posts about how bad it is to do cardio on an empty stomach, but I have read a few posts on loading with BCAA's and fooling your body into burning fat. How many grams of BCAA's does it take and how much can this help? Is this still a sure path to lot of muscle loss?

Well, I'm sorry I just found another post that said only do this when your desperate for that last minute fat loss.

yes...
cardio on empty = muscle loss (BIG TIME)

Not always the case...I do cardio on an empty stomach and do not experience muscle loss...it keeps me leaner to do my cardio this way.
