Hey Laurel! I signed up on January 31st but came down with a bad cold/flu bug, so haven't been able to hold my head up, let alone exercise and eat properly! Lol. You sound very motivated - What's your secret!!??!? Lol. Anyway, I'd like someone to converse with on weight/exercise/diet issues, plus give and get motivation when needed. I'm in! I start Monday, but I've been doing some cardio and stretching this week. Also bought new and different food. Hi fiber, protein, lots of fresh fruit and veggies. Got rid of the sodas, skittles ( oh man!), chips, and such.
Gonna be doing the home program, wish me luck!

Maybe we can check in with the group once a week with progress reports on workouts and measurements. (worry less about the scale)
We'll keep each other motivated and on schedule.
