I need some help here everyone. I have been workin out since i was in 7th grade 12yrs old. I started benching with my arms wider than shoulder width apart then i changed to a closer grip with my arms shoulder width apart because of football i wanted to focus on that motion because of my position. I was wondering which one would be a better work out for my chest?? the closer grip seems to work wonders for my arms. Should i use both? like one on my bench on monday and then the other on the bench on friday? thanks for your help
