hello everyone, my goal is to get fit + stick w/ it for the rest of my life, i'm 36 mom of two boys 4+6yrs, i need to lose 40 lbs + keep it off. i enjoy working out, usually ride my sta. bike for 20 min. then do my f.t. routine, i still love to eat, i'm just buying more healthy choices, i know it will take awhile for me to lose the weight, but i'm in it for the long hall, + i am going to be fit + fabulous

I'm going to be 36 this summer only I have 4 children ages 7.5 to 2.5 It is so nice to "meet" another busy Mom who is ready to to get fit again. R.
