Is bee pollen as good for you as I've heard? Some sources say that it's one of the healiest foods out there.

This stuff sounds amazing! Does anyone know the approximate shelf life of this stuff?

I just read about it-- I guess you just add it to your food. Is there no bee pollen in honey...

Personally I dislike the taste but it isn't too noticable if it's mixed with something (make sure it isn't hot though). There isn't any bee pollen in honey unless it's being sold with the pollen added to it.
