So i haven't been to the gym in about 4 months and feeling like crap....just wondering if i should go back hard like i was before i quit lifting or if i should ease back into it for a few weeks before i get hardcore again? had a back injury that kept me out of the gym for a month then just got a bad case of sorry-itis to keep me out... just wondering what ya'lls personal opinions on the matter was
k...thnx... yeah i feel almost like a newbie again... so i went to the gym yesterday and didnt even feel like i knew what i was doing anymore... kinda crazy! anyways, i'm hoping i can stick with it for good this time. i love the way i feel when i get thru at the gym. Anyways, thanks for the input
