HEY EVERYBODY I JUST JOINED THIS THING! I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT AGAIN AND I AM FINDING IT HARD TO GET MY MOTIVATION GOING.:angry:I GOT VERY FIT AND WAS SOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY:big_smile: AND THEN I HAD SUGERY ON MY FOOT AND I GAINED ALOT OF MY WEIGHT BACK BECAUSE OF IT.I WOULD LOVE IT IF ANYONE HAD ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR MOTIVATION!

Personally I say find a reward..for example If I hit 300 lbs by april 07 my brother is paying for me to fly to japan to see him So a 2k trip is my motivation, but it doesn't have to be that big maybe like you lose 5 lbs you get that thing at the store you've been wanting
