Hi. I am 21 years old, and I feel like I have a beer belly... Thing is, I don't drink. I am of healthy weight and I am pretty slim. A woman I know told me that that pot belly is caused from yeast--which makes sense since it is commonly referred to as a beer belly. Can this pot be helped by avoiding breads and other products with yeast. I know you can't "spot train" but will just doing sit ups help? I think the pot is disgusting and I want it to go away ASAP! Please help!

The "pot/beer belly" just comes from to much fat in the diet and not enough exercise.
Cut out the processed foods (like white bread and other products) for starters and start eating healthier.
Yeast will only rise if it has not been ccoked , so I don't think it is from the bread you are eating.
