for 4-5 days take 20 g to 'load' the creatine. break it up into 4 doses over the day, or 2 10 g doses. after that will be the maintenance phase. do this for 7 weeks.. taking 5g a day. ideally, take it postworkout with a simple sugar (gatorade, juice, maltodextrin/dextrose, etc.) for better absorption. take it days you dont workout as well, without the simple sugar (ie take it with breakfast, you dont need the insulin spike on these days).
after this 8 week cycle, you can continue your maintenance, or else reload and start it all over again..
the muscle power is a protein supplement. take it postworkout after your creatine mixed with water.. just make sure you get this within an hour after you finish your workout. personally, i take my creatine immediately postworkout, come home, and then have the whey over a longer period.
the muscle power can also be mixed with milk to up your protein intake for the day.. like as a midafternoon snack.
