ok, i have experience weight training all through highschool but ive taken the last couple years off. i started your personalized fitness routine for gaining mass but it seems a little easy? 5 times a week but only 8 sets per day for the first 2 weeks??? does this increase or should i be doing the intermediate training? also is training my abs twice a week enough to get ripped?

If its easy, increase the weight. Volume is not the only form of progress.
