Hi! I've just begun the 12weeks abs training but I want as well to try the thighs and glutes ft exercises, but I can't have access to them. Please help!!!!Should I change something on my personal exercise programm? Thanks in advance, extraordinary site with extraordinary people!!

Welcome in here, don't ever be afraid of asking questions, we are in here for that!

The thighs and glutes work out is chosen as an option to one of the main exercise programs. For ex choose the weight loss and tone program and then thigh and glutes as an option and you'll get it all incorporated together.

Yup...as Nina said, you have to sign up for a normal ft program first. Then, you get an option to work the thighs and glutes.
