for back I would add 'deadlifts/romanian deadlifts' to strengthen lower back....you should also add front and lateral raises to your shoulder workout...keep reps fairly light...you're still growing and you don't need to go very heavy...do reps of 12....of 2-3 working sets per exercise...rest about a minute between sets...as you progress slowly increase the weight and/or decrease rest between sets....
