Hey. I just sighned up for training..i'll begin in a week when my school goes back into it's first semester. Any tips on how to prepare and get my body ready for the new program. I would hate to just jump right in without a little proper attention to preperation. thanks.

No matterhow good your nutrition habits are right now, you can always improve that, and get proper rest. Good luck and welcome to a great community here.

why don't u do one warm up set of each exercise do get the hang of it? (if your doing it at home that is) maybe that'll help, and when u start, u already know what to do...
