Hi,
OK - I am a 20 year old male. I am 5'7" and weigh 170lbs. Current measurements:
Stomach: 41 ½
Chest: 42 ½
Waist: 38
I feel like I'm fat but people I talk to tell me I'm not. I have been doing situps (40) and biking 7-10 miles about 4 times a week. I have also been walking once or twice a week about 2 miles. I have been doing thist for about a month and have seen absolutely no results. What can I do? I'm getting frusterated. Thanks!

change your diet. cut down on carbs and eat more protein. and drink lots of liquids(preferably water). try adding poundage to your sit ups and less reps, you will get a burn in your abs faster and make them stronger, bigger and tighter. but focus on your diet mostly. read a few books like body-for-life or body rx because they give a lot of info for diet and exercise.

I am a 19 year old female who weighs 170 and I can't seem to fet rid of it. I keep trying things like sit-ups and power walking and everything else, but nothing seems to work. I've pretty much just given up. I am 5'8 and most of my weight in in my midsection, chest, and legs. I can't figure out how to lose enough to not look like a living pillsbury dough girl, can someone help?

You folks really need to incorporate a resistance training program along with your situps and walking. Muscle burns fat, it raises your metabolism, and gives you that hard body. Displacing fat with muscle is key here. (losing fat and gaining muscle) Along with diet, this will be your best bet. Eat 5 meals per day, more frequent eating will raise metabolism. Please all, put in your profile, this will greatly aid us in helping you. Never, ever give up. You know the results when you do this. NONE! Let us help you.
