I am a full time college student and i work two jobs when i am not in school. I want to start working out more but i dont know where i shoudl start pretty much. I need to know what would be a good routine to follow and what i should do. I want to get fit but i also don't just want to build more muscle. I want to lose weight but slim down a few sizes also. I dont want to be movie star thin i just want to feel good about myself

Hey Milly... why not pick a routine from this site? Fill in some details, couple clicks and voila! a workout is planned for you!

hi, i have just started dieting and working out. i am eating lots of meet but cut out breads and sugars. is that a good way to start? not doind a lot of weight training yet.

girl you know its true...you will lose weight, if you keep your mind into it...i know kinda corny...(used to be milli vanilli fan)
on serios note, i am begginer too(2nd week), and i feel great!! Start easy and build up on your workout...
