hi, I am a new member and i have been working out for about two months. I am 168 cm and 59 kg, and i want to tone my body especially my lower part because my i have a pear body shape. I want to begin the Weight Loss & Definition Training but i want to focus more on my lower body and these exercise program s putt more attention to the upper body and the special Glutes & Thighs program is for intermediate level. So, what should I do.
Do a total body routine, no such thing as spot toning.
Try a routine that includes lunges, squats, deadlifts, leg press. Work your upper body also. The weight loss and definition program should hit all your muscle groups.
