I would say that is a tad much cardio... four hours a day? Did I read that correctly? Do weights and cardio on separate days.
There is a great thread regarding cardio on the boards here. I can't remember which topic it's under, but it has a sticky. Also, check out the "grocery list for a bodybuilder" in the diet and nutrition section... go with the five to six smaller meals a day and you'll be good.
Fill out your profile and follow the nutritional guidelines set up by FT.
Also, where are you with melting snow?

Just wondering I do 30mins if pretty hard cardio on the bike and do what ever FT tells me to with weights. I just want to know howto get more out of my workouts... How long do musles kneed to rebuild? can I work my upper body every other day? or ever day? (by upper body i mean everything above my waste)
Oddly enuff Im in canada, southern Ontario whare today was actually pretty nice, the air was worm/kinda/sorta/somewhat. I was driving for an hour to work with the stereo up and the windows down.... but now its raining and its gunna freeze. Still, a good morning none the less.

Muscles need a couple of days to recuperate... 48 to 72 hours is what I've heard...
As for the cardio thing, you can do HIIT, which is about 20 minutes in length... warm up for a couple of minutes, go hard for 30 seconds to a minute, slow down for a minute or two and then hard again... do a search in Fit Buddy at the bottom of the page... lots of HIIT info on the site.
