Hi there good looking and a big welcome to you!

You need patience.......... (Rome wasn't build in one day......) 4 weeks isn't enough to see results. Continue your great work and you'll see, you'll get there.
To get an answer of your other questions take a look around in the forums and you'll find great info.

Good luck to you and your carreer!!

I am an aspiring model and I have been working out for a little over a month now and cannot see ANY results! I work out at least 3 times a week and lift and the days I do cardio...What am I doing wrong? I want lose the weight in my stomach and define my legs and abs. What are the best exercieses for abs, thighs, and glutes? Also, are there any diet pills that REALLY work? A friend told me to get Xenadrine Ephedrine free...does this stuff really work? What about HydroxyCut? Please help!!

what does your diet look like? i know it sounds stupid at first but you might have to eat more to lose weight-to tone your muscles. protein is important.
post your diet in here and we can help.

I would agree with all the posts here. Most importantly, forget the pills, and go for good protein carbs and fats. You will magicaly sculpt your body with a good diet, and the present training you are doing.
Good Luck and keep up the good work. You look great.

Exercise is the vehicle to get you to where you want, but once you drive there, diet determines what you get out of the drive. First off drop any refined carbs, any high sugar drinks, etc., opt for clean complex carbs. Eat your weight in protein, divide it between each meal, which should be 5-6 meals per day. This will believe it or not rev your metabolism even more with the exercise, and you should see results. Be patient, your diet will take you there.
