I have been working out for about 2.5 months now and have seen some decent results. My program is this:

Mon: Chest:Incline press, flatbench press, Flyes
Back: Bent over Row, Lat pulldown
Shoulders: Dumbell press, Upright Rows
Biceps: Standing curls, Preacher curls
Triceps: Machine extensions, press downs
Tue: Leg Press, Leg Extension, Leg Curls, Calf raises

Wend: Rest

Thur: Same as Monday.

Frid: Same as Tues.

My question is this: I signed up for a beginner program on here. Is that what I need to do or should I have signed up for a intermediate program? Thanks for any information about my program.

I am 71 inches tall, 186 lbs, Male .

How do you feel? Do you feel like what you are doing is getting too easy? Is it still hard. If it is too easy, then I would go for the intermediate, if still kind of hard, stay with it for a bit. Another indication is if you are spending too much time in the gym now, doing all you are doing, but still feel it is not enough, then intermediate would be the way to go where you can split that up into more individualized bodyparts, like a 4 day split, that way you can emphaisize and concentrate on 1-2 muscle groups per workout rather than so many at once.
