hey people, i want to start working out but i was looking for some general tips on what the best way to start is?:surprised:

my main goal is just to tone and muscel defenition.So i'm not looking to do much body building.

any tips u could give me would be great

Pick a workout with your goals under exercise program at the top of the screen.

Toning and muscle definition are a product of weightlifting and cardio and the right nutrition plan.

It is all bodybuilding, just different levels, really.
