I'm about to start a beginner program and i was wondering if there is anyone who can tell me what I can expect as far as gains in muscle strength, mass, etc. Were the results what you expected? How many weeks into the program did it take for you to see a difference?
I once had my brother matt come with me to the gym. His bicep at the start measured 14 inches at the end of three moths he had 16.5 inch arms. Beginners can show great gains, just listen to ice get a lot of rest and eat a lot.
