Beginner want lose wght and gain muscle

Any suggestions onhow to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time. Any help will be useful

1. Change your diet to include more protein, balanced between protein, carbs and fat. Eliminate all snacks(ie hohos, snickers, icecream) Allow yourself a cheat day 1 time a week don't gorge. Space out your meals from somewhere between 5-8 meals and snacks a day. You may be thinking, I am eating more, but having a balanced snack or meal every 3 hours will keep your metabolism reving, and keep the cortisol levels down. Hence you are burning more fat while keeping the precious muscle you've worked hard for.
2. Find a weight program that you can stick with. Weights will allow you to build muscle, and muscle burns more calories at rest.

Just concentrate on these two things above, as they will help you burn fat and build muscle alone. It has been proven that one does not need cardio to achieve a "thin" frame. But if you feel that your weight loss has hit a plateau after 3-6 weeks after religiously following these two things, then insert cardio slowly into you workouts.
3. Cardio, 1-2 weeks for 2 days/week 30 min session. 3-4 weeks 3-4days/week 30 min sessions 5-? weeks 3-4 30-60min sessions.
