I know this may sound like a stupid question, but I recently started working out about 5-7 days a week. My routine usually consists of running a mile every day and alternating between upper and lower body workouts.
I also drink a protein shake after I work out. Since I'm relatively new to working out, is this a well structured plan? The problem is I would like to tone my body as well as gain some muscles, but I don't know how much weight I want to gain, since I weigh 186 lbs and I'm 6'2".
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.
looks good for a more advanced trainer. 5-7 days is a lot for you and you may see some adverse affects.....
