My name is Patrick and im starting the home workout program using this amazing website. I want to start now but im a little confused on the exact order of each exercise. Am i suppost to do all the streches in the beginning before starting the training. What order should i do each exercise in, for example, should crunches go before home squats or pushups?I am overweight so i need to bulid lean muscle out of all this flab. Should i increase the number of reps or add more sets with less reps? THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALL THE HELP!
