Hi all! I am really excited I found this website:big_smile:! My husband and I just joined a gym and I didn't know what to do or where to begin. I have never worked out or ever been on a diet in my life! I'm 20 and have an 8 month old baby!:love: Most latin women(like me) are known for big butts and thighs, small chest. I am fine with that...had it all my life but I am out of my comfort zone now and it's just HARD!:(
best wishes to you and your husband, i hope ft really gives the two of you direction you need. i used to lift weights back in high school but that was under the direction of the teacher and i did real well with 'here is your lifting schedule for today, go do it' and i believe i am going to find the same thing here. good luck.
