i'm learing a lot from these forums they're so great!! a lot of support here. this is awesome!! you people are great! but i understand, i want to see people improve their lives like i have my own. mad props everyone...

okay, this is my plan. mon, tue and fri are the days my friends breakdance. now i'm just starting out so i think i wanna keep my workout light at first. monday i wanna hit the weights (upper body workout) for 1-1.5 hours before i bboy (breakdance), then bboy for 1-2 hours. tues same but lower body workout. wednesday there is no bboying so i'll hit the gym for at least 1.5 hours for an upper body workout. thursday will be at least 1.5 hours for a lower body workout. friday will be 1-1.5 hours of upper body workout then breakdancing. saturday and sunday will be recovery days(rest days) with light work out on each days (maybe a bike ride with various push up techniques, crunches, and situps).

My goal is not to put on a lot of mass. i'm looking for stamina and strength to support my bboying. i need to be able to throw my body around with ease. i find myself getting really tired really fast as i practice.

as for my diet, i have problems. japan's staple food is white rice and it is served with pretty much every meal. if it's not white rice it's white noodles. i live in a dorm that provides my meals here. so i'm of limited choice. i get breakfast and dinner there. i like eating every 3-4 hours. so i wake up get some breakfast and get to school where i have to find my my next three meals on my own. then it's home for dinner. the selection of food sucks here. it's mostly processed garbage. i'm really trying hard to imporve my diet but it's difficult. i take a multivitamin everyday. i'm considering whey protein for after my workouts.

so does anyone have any comments or suggestions? i won't start this yet, i'm still in the planning phase. i will appreciate anything. thanks a million!! word up, peace

hello everyone!! my name's jeffro and i am yet another beginner. first i want to say kudos to all the sucess stories i've seen on here!! it's amazing to see the before and after pics. truely motivating. my desire is to become part of this community and eventually contribute my own sucess story and unique personality and body type to these threads. i hope to help others with my body type to develop a workout plan that'll work for us.

iam 23 year old canadian living in Tokyo Japan and i have changed my life drastically in the last year, now i'm on a path to be the person I want to be. this includes knowledge in FT coupled with a solid workout plan. i am 6 foot 2, 155lbs. i have been relatively the same weight since i was 17. i have a bit of definition but i am still regarded as 'skinny.' i have a high metabolism and can eat anything, anytime without gaining weight. it's a luxury that i will not enjoy forever

well, i'm a breakdancer that just came out of retirement. i want to couple my FT with my breakdancing. living in a dorm makes it difficult to track my diet. livin an hour from the gym makes it difficult to fit a routine workout schedule. however, i am highly motivated to make this work. i have never lifted before. i started irregularly about 2 weeks ago and i realize that i need to develop a plan. i will commit.

I am not expecting some miracle advice here. i know that i am largely on my own. i will work at my own pace and develop something that adapts to my personality and lifestlye here in japan. i have studied FT a bit so i'm not totally in the dark. Basically this is my introduction to freetrainers.

Sooooooooooo, HELLO EVERYONE!!!! i feel this is an encouraging atmosphere that i will enjoy. take care all and i'll be back tomorrow for another study session and i'll update my profile a bit. good night ya'll!
