I am new to this site and I just set up my own workout plan. I am confused to how much weight I should be doing or how I figure that out for each exercise. Also there are two different types of reps, what are the differences there? I just want to get started on a basic plan here, so can someone help me so I can get going?
Well I understand how the weight works I guess, but I am still confused on how there is two columns for the reps. One with higher numbers and then another with all 4's. Which one do I do? Or do I do both of them. I was confused about the weight becuase I have used other systems where you start with a percentage of your max and then go from there. Anymore help would be greatly appreciated.
There are 2 colums for the reps because the plan gives you the amount you should do, and the 2nd column is for the actual number you did. The 3rd column is for the weight. Hope this helps, and good luck with your new program.
