Unless you only weigh about 1000lbs, you aren't eating enough. You can not spot reduce one body part, and the stomach is usually the very last to go.

You need a good clean diet with enough calories along with a weight lifting and cardio program.

I'll have to let one of the more experienced members help you with the diet. But you can get a good lifting program from the menu above.

Please fill in your profile so that someone can better help you with the diet. Height, weight, body fat%, goals...etc.

I'm pretty sure Gwin meant 100lbs.
You have to get your metabolism going. You should be having at least 12- 15 calories per pound of body weight per day.
15 being around where one would want to maintain, and 12 the number to lean out with. You are getting alot of fructose with fruits, and good fats with fish. The thing with fructose is, if you are not spending the energy from the fructose, it is one of the sugars that your body will store as fat.
Like gwin said, try and add weight training and change up your cardio. The body gets use to the same movement and activity. And remember that you cannot spot reduce, fat sheds evenly like an onion skin.
Hope this helps.

I am not sure what you mean by a "stone", and yes with good diet and training you will see it go.
Good Luck!

You don't mention if you are resistance training or not. If not, you should start immediately. Lean tissue burns more fat and rasises your metabolic rate. Lean tissue is your best freind in the fat burning battle. Some fruits elicit a thermogenic response, some are inferior, and though healthy, not good for a fat loss regimine. Strawberries, blueberies, peaches for example are great. Most melons, bananas, dried fruits, etc. are a no-no on a fat loss diet.

As far as genetics go, the skies the limit. You are limited only by your mental perception of it.

Good Typo Gwindalyn...
Catsneck, resistance training is another word for weight lifting or as some refer to it as bodybuilding.
This really gets the metabolism going and we benefit from a good looking body at the same time!
Try a program here on FT. We will all help you through it.
