Fat comes off where it wants to. You have to take any loss of fat as it comes. You can not target specific spots. Eat cleanly. Stick to a rigerous strenght training and cardiac routine. Be patient.

hi i still have my pregnancy belly i ave tried all sorts to get rid of it and tone it up could you please suggest some sort of exercise i could do to sort my problem out thanks

Exercise can't target a specific spot. You'll do best losing the weight slowly and that gives your belly the best chance of tightening up naturally. It just takes patience. If you lose the belly fat and still have loose skin , a plastic surgeon is your best bet. Chances are that if you lose the weight slowly, nature will take care of smoothing out the belly.
Count calories. Eat clean. Measure portions . Graze by eating 4 or 5 meals a day instead of two or three big ones. Work your program.

You probably want to start with the home workout. Learn how to eat properly. Buy a calorie counting book. Do your homework. Learn about portion control. If it comes in a bag or a box, try to avoid eating it. Good places to start.

You can't lose fat in a specific spot. It's just not an option. There are no short cuts.
