I went to the doctor and asked her about working out and using crunches as a way to lose my belly. She said no and I have to lose the fat from my belly first and crunches are a way to tone the stomach. How do I shrink my stomach or just quickly lose weight from my stomach?

Ha! Liposuction is the only 'fast' way. I'm afraid that although crunches will tone you up ( and maybe make it look a BIT flatter) the only way is fat burning. Plus, there is no such thing as spot reduction - the fat comes off in layers over your whole body.

You can loose body fat by doing cardio and creating a calorie deficit. Eat about 250 less calories a day and with your cardio you will burn another 250. This will be enough to loose a pound a week. Also you should do a weight at least twice a week. Also what are you eating every day? Hope this helps.

Diet and cardio, period. The abs are usually the last place to loose the fat. I've been trying to loose my belly for months now. I've seen a small difference but that's only because I've lost fat all over my body with cardio and diet. They only way to loose belly fat quickly is , like kalanchoe said, liposuction. If you're not going to have that done, the only way to loose the belly fat is diet and cardio. And it usually takes a while. Ditto with what sivysivy said too.
