You can not spot reduce. You will lose the weight on your "belly" by eating right and exercising. Keep in mind that it may be the last area that you will lose. Whenever I am in a cutting phase, the first area I lose is the "belly", then the chest, then the arms. I tend not to gain any fat on my legs. Everyone is different. Keep working at it and be patient. Eat 5 - 6 times a day (every 3 hours) proportionally with a deficit of calories to your normal maintenance.
