I have noticed my chest is becoming bigger but i cannot increase weight. It is not a main concern as long as I am getting bigger. Any suggestions though?
Train heavier. You're never going to lift heavy unless you train heavy. Try pushing out only 1-3 reps on your last 2-4 sets of bench. Go up to about 90% of your max and push hard. Just be sure to do a good warm-up and don't drop the weight on your throat. ;)
