Hello...
I'm doing bench presses and close grip bench presses also. My question is, at what angle must the bench be if I want to 'push out' my chest? I have 4 angles on my bench- flat to 45 degrees. Which one do I take? Right now, I alternate between angles weekly.

push it out?? i'm confused........
for an all out massive chest......incline and decline presses, flys etc. are best for recruting the most muscle fibers. Which will give you a better/bigger chest. Which i think is what your asking.

Yes, a bigger chest. Sorry. Which angle is best? 45 or flat? Or altering angles as I'm doing now?

It's always good to switch things up. On incline, remember that the higher the angle, the more you recruit your shoulders into the movement. My rule of thumb is to set the bench at no more than a 30 degree angle to keep the focus on the chest.

try signing up for a program here on FT and specialize your program to focus on the chest. I would also add some pullover in there to help stretch your pectoral muscles over the rib cage thus increasing your chest, don't forget to eat correctly you chest will grow in the kitchen not the gym.
