Decline is for lower pecs. For Chest, I do incline, flat and decline on the same day. Do all three and you should be fine for building mass.

Decline recruits the most muscle fibers. I normally do both in the same day, but if I ever have to choose between them, I opt for decline. The heavier poundages of decline are a nice ego boost

mix up some dumbells, the work more muscle fibers, ergo more damaged, more than have to be repaired, more that have to be made bigger to react.
I do decline as a warm up with high reps.......4x10
then incline dumbells, then flat banch, an da fly move. Just depends onthe day and how i'm filling.

i find that the Decline Bench Press(Barbell) is more effective for building up the chest and the inner delt, and the Flat Bench Press(barbell) for consentrating on the hole strenth side of things.
