For the last 3 months I have been going to the gym 3 mornings a week. My bench increased from 85 3 set 8 reps to 105 3 set 8 rep, but I cant increase it anymore. I can shoulder press 160 3 set 8 rep, I dont see why I can't bench more! Help me!

I didnt really find what i wanted. Whats a good routine? Sets, reps? how often?

How's your form? I can't Shoulder Press that much, yet I can bench close to 300. Arms too wide/narrow maybe? Elbows dropping to the front instead of the side or vice versa? Doing bench after some other component in your workout? Try doing incline bench first then flat for a few weeks, then reverse it.

are you using a machine to do your shoulder work? i really cant see how you could shoulder press 160 and bench that little... it just doesnt make sense.
