I'm 14, I weigh 152 pounds and I'm 6 feet tall. My maximum rep is 143 pounds. I would like to know if that is good for my age and how I can improve it. I have a friend who works out a lot who's maximum rep is 187 pounds and he is about 6 foot 2 inches and he plays a lot of rugby. I do boxing a bit of rugby and play a lot of drums, and I would like to get stronger for all of them. Any help? Thanks.

ITS average thats the amount of weight I could see you lifting if you are new to working out. If you have been working out for a while and your still at that same point I would suggest trying a pyramid.
